Boxford Yoga is a friendly group of yogis with varying levels of experience. The style of yoga taught is known as Hatha and is particularly aimed to encourage release and relaxation using techniques such as the breath, Qi gong, somatics and yoga nidra, to unravel muscular tension. Classes are all inclusive and intended to be fun!
Classes run during term time 10-11am on Thursday and Fridays, and 5.45-6.45pm on Thursday evening. Marianne is a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga Teacher with over twenty years’ experience in working with the body.
